  7.     PURPOSE
  8.     To provide AmigaDOS equivalents of some ancient ARP commands that,
  9.     to the best of my knowledge, never has been ported to dos.library.
  10.     Every efford has been made to make these commands 100% compatible
  11.     with the corresponding ARP commands.
  12.  
  13.     As of this distribution the set is limited to the BaseName and
  14.     TackOn commands.
